All parcels in C&F Estates are under some zoning rules residents must follow. To view the rules for a specific zone select the zone from the dropdown box below.

These rules apply to all parcels in C&F Estates. Some parcels may have additional rules depending on zoning.

1. Responsibility

Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests. Repeated violations by guests can result in action against the Resident.

2. Share Region Resources

Regions are shared by many Residents. Linden Labs places a hard limit on how many prims each parcel can use but other resources are abusable. Residents agree not to maintain excessive numbers of avatars on their parcels or use scripts or other means to excessively tax server resources.

3. Respect other Residents

Residents should do their part to keep their region a nice place to live in. This includes but is not limited to respecting the privacy of others and the property rights of other Residents. Residents should keep their content within their parcel boundaries this includes particles. Residents should keep their parcels neat, C&F Estates values free expression but content C&F Estates deems intended as a public nuisance will be removed without warning.

4. No Gambling

No Gambling, C&F Estates is based in the United States and can't allow gambling. C&F Estates uses a 'wager -> element of chance -> payout' structure as a guide to determine if a game is gambling. Where C&F Estates definition doesn't match LL's or US law's the most restrictive rule is in effect.
